Recognizing the Wonderful

One of the best things about writing a creative blog is all the wonderful people I get to meet. Young and old and in between, men and women and kids; hurried people and laid back folks… I get to meet them all.

I have mentioned before that I am not sponsored. Nor am I looking to be. I want to use the tools and materials that I want and not have anything dictated to me. Or have to be careful about the review. Usually I will tell you what I used that I love and maybe skate over what didn’t work or didn’t live up to my expectations. Once in a great while, I share with you when something goes badly. Hopefully my disappointment or headache won’t be yours!

So with that in mind, I want to shout a great big thank you to Matthew at The Home Depot store in Liberty. When I was there this weekend, looking to get in and out and back to projects, I met this extremely wonderful young man. Kudos to you, I appreciated your efforts immensely. Just when I was getting frustrated and tired, your great big smile made things right again.

So thank you! And thanks to all the wonderful folks at The Home Depot.
